2. Categories of personal data

Identity: first name, surname, title.

Contact: email, phone, address.

Customer transactions: order, request, project and invoice details.

Transaction security: IP address, logs, device and browser information.

Marketing: cookie choices and newsletter consents (only with explicit consent).

Professional experience: CV, education and references (job applications only).

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving and answering contact requests; preparing quotes.

Forming and performing contracts, invoicing and collection.

Managing customer satisfaction and complaints.

Running information security processes and preventing unlawful use.

Running HR and recruitment processes.

Informing authorised bodies and meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2-(c): necessary for forming or performing a contract.

KVKK Art. 5/2-(ç): compliance with a legal obligation of the controller.

KVKK Art. 5/2-(e): establishing, exercising or protecting a right.

KVKK Art. 5/2-(f): legitimate interest, provided fundamental rights are not harmed.

KVKK Art. 5/1: explicit consent for marketing, analytics/marketing cookies and certain international transfers.

5. Collection method

Data is collected by automated or partly automated means via website forms, the chat assistant, cookies, email (hi@tingdea.com, contact@tingdea.com, istanbul@tingdea.com, london@tingdea.com, delaware@tingdea.com, hr@tingdea.com), phone and in-person meetings.

6. Transfers

Within Türkiye: competent authorities, courts, payment institutions, accounting and legal advisers, business partners and suppliers.

Abroad: our London and Delaware offices and cloud, email and analytics providers. International transfers are made under KVKK Article 9 using standard contracts or explicit consent.

Transfers are limited, proportionate and tied to the purpose.

7. Your rights under Article 11

Learn whether your data is processed and request information if so.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.

Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred.

Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, erasure or destruction where conditions are met, and notification of these actions to recipients.

Object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis.

Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Under the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller, send your request with identity-verifying details to contact@tingdea.com (from the email address registered with us, or via registered e-mail/secure e-signature), or by signed letter to Atatürk Mah. Ataşehir Bulvarı No: 5, Ataşehir / İstanbul.

Include your full name, Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreigners), postal address, email, phone and the subject of your request.

Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days; if a cost arises, the fee set by the Board may apply.
