The package name, scope (number of pages, integrations, SEO setup, etc.), revision allowance and target delivery time are shown in the order summary.

For the Launch Package, the target delivery time is 7 business days after required materials are received.

3. Price and payment

The total price including all taxes, any discount and the payment method are stated in the order summary.

Domain, hosting, SSL and third-party fees are shown separately if not included.

Payment is collected at checkout through a secure payment provider.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital: a live site, admin panel access, source files or a cloud link. There is no physical shipping.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date.

Withdrawal does not apply to custom services started with the Buyer's approval; the Buyer acknowledges this at checkout.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@tingdea.com. You may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above them.

7. Personal data

Data you share when ordering is processed under the Personal Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy.

8. Approval

This form is accepted by ticking “I have read and accept the Preliminary Information Form” at checkout; orders cannot be completed without it.

A copy of the approved form is sent with the order confirmation email and kept by tingdea for 3 years.
