Cancellation & Refund

1. Right and period of withdrawal

Buyers acting as consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving a reason and without penalty.

For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is formed.

2. When withdrawal does not apply

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Services started with the Buyer's express approval before the period ends (e.g. projects where the discovery call has taken place or design work has begun).

Custom logos, designs, software and content prepared to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs.

Services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

Third-party products and spend purchased on the Buyer's behalf, such as domains, hosting, SSL, licences and ad budgets.

3. How to notify withdrawal

Send your withdrawal notice within the period to contact@tingdea.com, including your order number, full name, order date and refund payment details.

Clients outside Türkiye may also write to their regional office (london@tingdea.com or delaware@tingdea.com); such notices are logged with contact@tingdea.com the same day.

We confirm receipt by email within 1 business day.

4. Refund process

For valid withdrawals, the amount paid is refunded in a single payment to the original method within 14 days of tingdea receiving the notice.

For card payments, the time for the refund to appear depends on your bank.

For instalment payments, the bank may reflect the refund in instalments.

5. Partial performance and project cancellation

Outside the withdrawal period or for excepted work, the Buyer may cancel the project at any time. Completed and approved stages and third-party costs are deducted and the remainder is refunded.

Stage weights: Discovery 15%, Design 35%, Development 35%, Testing and launch 15%.

Work produced and paid for up to the cancellation date is handed over to the Buyer.

6. Subscriptions and monthly services

Monthly services such as SEO, ad management and maintenance can be cancelled with written notice at least 7 days before the period ends; started periods are not refunded.

Budgets loaded onto ad platforms are subject to that platform's refund rules.

7. Cancellation by tingdea

If tingdea cannot perform the service, the Buyer is informed within 3 days and the full amount is refunded within 14 days.

Send complaints about refunds and cancellations to contact@tingdea.com. Your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
